2017 HOA Meetings Update & Annual Meeting Information
January 17, 2017

The 2017 Board Meeting Schedule is set for the 3rd Tuesday of the month except for February’s meeting which will be Wednesday the 15th.  All board meetings will be held in the Frederick County Safety Building, located at 1080 Coverstone Dr., Winchester until further notice.  Board meetings start at 3:00pm unless otherwise noted.  The annual meeting is set for Tuesday November 14th at 6:00pm.  Annual Meeting will be held at Blue Ridge Grace Brethren Church on Cedar Creek Grade just west of the Community. Check in starts at 5:30pm. Please come early so that we can get everyone checked in and ready to start at 6:00pm.

Dues Policy Reminder
March 28, 2018

Monthly HOA dues are payable the first of each month ($165.00). If payment is past thirty (30) days, a late notice is sent out as a reminder. If payment reaches sixty (60) days late, a lien warning letter is sent registered. If payment is still not received after ninety (90) days, Coventry Management will secure a property lien with Frederick County until full payment is received (all past dues plus lien recording expenses plus late charges). Late charges will be assessed at XXXX% starting after thirty (30) days.

Trash/Recycle Service – Pickup on Wednesdays

Trash and recycle service in the Village at Harvest Ridge is with American Disposal.  The date of trash and recycle pickup is Wednesdays.  Please have your trash and recycle out early, before 7:00am for this pickup.

The Village at Harvest Ridge Home Owners Association Board of Directors and Residents would like to extend a warm welcome to all new homeowners in the neighborhood.  Our HOA prides itself on hospitality and good neighbors.  We look forward to meeting each of you and helping with your transition to your new home.  If you have any questions about the HOA you can direct those to Mark Schloemer our community manager at 540-535-0816, or ask one of your neighbors and they can likely steer you in the right direction.  Melanie at Coventry Group can also answer any of your questions you may have regarding your account.

Go to the Documents Tab of the Website and the most current minutes will be posted on this tab.  You can download and print them out from this Tab.  Minutes are posted once they have been approved by the board, so there is some delay in getting the minutes on this tab in relation to the date of the meeting.  Older minutes are removed but can be requested from Coventry Group directly.
